Day of practice, which is the end of the third week, is a day of rest from physical practice and a spiritual challenge.
It will allow you to take a deeper breath, assimilate asanas, observe their influence, and look at yourself.
You don’t exercise your body, but you train your mind and sense of observation.
This is not the day when you forget about your practice. This is the day when you pay her special attention to her.

What often comes to mind during meditation?
If you meditate in the afternoon, there will definitely be events throughout the day, emotions that accompanied you, perhaps questions that you have not yet answered.
Sometimes there are events from the past, hallucinations, feelings, visions – both pleasant and fearful.
Do not fantasize about them and do not be afraid of them – this is a natural event that is a product of your mind.
Remember that you are always safe and do not let them entrap you and lead you away from your intended practice.
What to do with your thoughts during meditation practice?
1. Observe, don’t judge , let them flow, and then they will stop by themselves. Follow them to understand your own nature of mind.
2. Treat every emerging thought as alien , not belonging and not created by your own mind.
Separate from her and play the role of an observer, looking at them from the side. Consider them as passers-by running through the mind belts who are simply gray and not at all interesting.
After some time, your mind will divide into two sides, the first of which will be a quiet witness, and the second the subject of observation – that is, appearing and flowing thoughts. Then this part will be silenced.
3. Be very vigilant and adopt an attitude that assumes the appearance of thoughts from outside the head.
Create a kind of filter that will capture them on the border of your field of consciousness and reject them. It is the hardest but also the shortest way to complete silence.
If after doing these exercises you are very tired, let go for a while and just let your thoughts flow freely.
Muting them will become easier with the duration of the practice. During the meditation other stimuli may also appear, so be aware of them – all kinds of sounds from the pleasant singing of birds to unpleasant noises.
